Delivery & Returns

Orders placed before 1pm on a week day are despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends, are despatched the following working day. See below for full details. :)

Uk Delivery

How to obtain free delivery (Mainland UK Only):
  • Orders with products totalling a value of £55.00 or over qualify for free standard delivery within mainland UK.
  • Select the 'Free Standard Delivery' option in the Shopping Basket
  • Other UK destinations, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and all other Islands, will still incur a delivery charge, due to higher courier rates
Standard Delivery:
  • Usually received within 1 - 3 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page) from when the order is placed.
  • During peak times (November - December), standard delivery may increase to 2 - 5 working days.
  • Delivery is made anytime between 9am-6pm.
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be sent out the following working day.
Express Delivery:
  • Orders placed before 1pm on a week day will be sent out on the same day for next working day delivery. (working days Mon - Fri)
  • Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday, will be sent out on the same day for delivery on the next working day, which will be Monday (excludes bank holidays). *For delivery Saturday, please see 'Saturday Delivery'.*
  • Orders placed after 1pm will leave the following working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or at the weekend (Sat & Sun) will leave the following working day - Monday. (excludes bank holidays)
Pre 12pm Delivery:
  • Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out on the same day for next working day pre 12pm delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will leave the following working day.
Saturday Delivery:
  • Orders placed before 1pm Friday will be sent out on the same day for delivery the following day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be not be dispatched until Monday and delivered the next Saturday.
Please Note:
  • Some items are made to order, or imported to order, and as such are not available for express delivery options.  Individual delivery estimates are listed on each product page.
  • Orders for multiple items that include pre-order items will automatically be held until all items are fulfilled before dispatch. If you need to amend anything or split such an order please contact us.
  • Pre-orders are paid for up front to secure the item and guarantee that it is allocated to your order as soon as it arrives in to stock. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders, should there be any changes in due date or availability by the manufacturer.
  • Orders are not despatched on weekends and bank holidays
  • Orders placed before 1:00pm are dispatched the same working day (unless otherwise stated)
  • Deliveries to UK Islands (Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, etc) & Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges if we are unable to deliver using our standard courier. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the options available after you have placed your order
  • If purchasing more than 1 item please be aware that certain items have slightly longer expected delivery times, due to being out of stock (as displayed on relevant product pages), or due to manufacturing / importing to order.  Your full order will be held before despatch until all items are present, unless otherwise agreed.
  • EUR orders are normally delivered within 3-7 working days
  • Rest of World orders are normally delivered within 5-12 working days
  • Delivery charges are calculated by both size and weight of item/s ordered
  • The shipping price quoted during checkout may sometimes be subject to change, depending on size & weight of package.  In the event of an increase in cost you will be contacted immediately with full details, and shipping will be postponed until full payment is received.
  • We cannot send to international PO Box addresses, so please ensure the delivery address provided is residential or business.
  • International deliveries can be subject to customs / duty fees which we are not responsible for, so please ensure you visit your country's government website for more information on importing goods.
Orders sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ and any courier service can be tracked.  You will receive an email shortly after placing your order which will contact tracking information.  Alternatively, call 0121 224 7728 or email hello@redcandy.co.uk with your name & order number and we will track it for you
  • Once an order is placed, you will recieve an confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the order has been sent. If you do not recieve either, please check that you have provided the correct email address at checkout. You can call or email us to check as well.
  • Once dispatched, please check the tracking link provided on the dispatch email before contacting us, in case the tracking can provide more information.
  • Goods are normally received within a couple of working days, but on occasion this can take longer.  In most cases we ask that you wait up to 15 working days before we re-send your order.
  • Before contacting us, please check the item you ordered was in stock at the time and not a pre-order item. It will state on the product page if the item is pre-order and when the stock is expected.
  • If an order for multiple items includes pre-order items, this order will automatically be held until all pre-order items are fulfilled. It is highly recommended to order in-stock items separately, if you need them sooner. If you need to amend anything or split such an order please contact us on hello@redcandy.co.uk (splitting orders will require additional postage fees)
  • Delivery dates for pre-order items are estimated by our suppliers and are subject to change. If the date changes on the product page, this will be due to either the inital estimate passing, or a new estimate being supplied by the supplier. Please check the product page for any changes or please contact us for more information on pre-orders at hello@redcandy.co.uk
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. You can confirm this on your order confirmation received.
  • If you want to change your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us directly on 0121 2247728 or hello@redcandy.co.uk as soon as possible and before you receive a dispatch notification.
  • If your order has already been despatched, it is likely we will not be able to amend or re-route the parcel to a new address while in transit, and will need to be returned to sender before we can resend.
  • There may be an additional delivery cost involved if an item is returned due to wrong address information provided.
  • Returns are free of charge from within UK mainland. Orders being returned from outside of the UK mainland will be returned at your own cost.
  • If you want to return your goods, please contact us first at hello@redcandy.co.uk and we will respond with our free return methods.
  • You can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please return the goods in their original packaging, and provide suitable protection around the box to ensure safe transit
  • You will be refunded when we are in receipt of your return
  • Customers returning unwanted products from countries outside the UK Mainland will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Please inspect your goods upon receipt, and inform us of any issues within 7 days of receipt. If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods
  • If your goods are damaged / defective / otherwise not as described upon arrival we shall cover the costs of the return, and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including original delivery costs)
