Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I’m terribly sorry that you feel you received poor service from us. As my colleague, Ed, explained, these planters are meant to be fully wrapped in air-fill bags and the box filled so there’s no empty space for it to move around, with a fragile label on the outside. This issue was forwarded on to the fulfilment warehouse and our Managing Director. As we are a small company of four, every customer and order is very important to us. So, we try to do our best to ensure each issue is resolved and every customer feels they received five-star service. In this case, I understand this was a less than positive experience, but I hope Ed’s customer care, quick response time and immediate issue of your refund provided you with some confidence in our service. Unfortunately, we’ve been working continuously with our dispatch team to resolve this issue, so we feel equally frustrated that this occurred. However, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and apologies again for the inconvenience caused! |
