**Fashion turned Interior Designers**

So - we've seen pretty much everything on the catwalk before these days, but what is those designers took on the task of designing and adorning designer furniture we could buy for our own homes?

And striding down our interior runway first, is former "bad boy" of fashion Jean Paul Gaultier with his collaboration with Roche Babois

Always one for stripes and nautical themes, here is a shot of the lush interior!

Next in the hot seat we have designer turned furniture designer Melanie Porter. There are some fabulous upcycled pieces as well as some fabulous designs for the kids room! The collection will be available in selected stores including Oxford Street,

Using hand-knitted sweaters to adorn and breath a new lease of life into these chairs, the up-cycling chic trend seems to be getting everywhere!
